Why Work At LOUUCC?
At Lean On Us Unity Child Care Center (LOUUCC), we believe that growth starts from within — for both children and the educators who guide them. Our Grow at LOUUCC initiative is dedicated to the continued professional and personal development of our teaching staff.
Each month, we host engaging professional development workshops that empower educators to:
- Effectively manage challenging classroom behaviors with confidence and compassion.
- Dive deep into “Making Sense of the Reggio Emilia Approach,” enhancing child-led, inquiry-based teaching.
- Strengthen classroom practices through collaborative learning and real-world strategies tailored for early childhood education.
