Tammi Gardner

Director

Tammi Gardner is a silly soul who loves to sing, perform, and bring characters to life through puppetry. With over 22 years in children’s theatre, she began her journey as a creative teaching artist and eventually found her calling in early childhood education.

Since joining Lean On Us Unity Childcare Center in 2020 as an aide, Tammi has grown into roles as a Pre-K teacher and now Director. She keeps laughter, music, and creativity at the heart of everything she does, ensuring that joy and imagination are infused into each child’s learning experience.
